Topic 1: The Future and Structure of TANKS.

Ideas for the Foundation.pdf document:

· Parachutes: one parachute once a month per person

· Projec t week: 50 minute chunk is timed and split by the presenter. Email the chair to include in the minutes with prelim questions.

· No problem with recording meetings

· Set up a website and put podcasts there

· All presentations should be TED.com quality, but if ideas a fresh, just run to your best ability

· A person running presentation monitor their time, not a chair

· Whoever is presenting, comes up with their own structure for the 50 minute presentation

· Submit purpose ideas to Dan this week

· Value: support and encouragement?

· Change Strong Identity to Strong Group Identity

· Value: People and friendships are more important than ideas

· Value: separate people's words from people's worth

· Comradely

· Value: you can attack an idea, but you cannot attack a person

· Make a simple and quick list of values, so we can know them off the top of our heads in the 30 quite seconds

· We must brainstorm names (TANK? Need for the website)
